ROOM CALL POINT
The eZone Plus+ call point has a simple and clear layout with a large, central call button which is easy for clients to locate.
- Jack socket input for accessories such as pear push leads, bed exit alarms and floor pressure mats.
- Built-in infrared receiver for wireless accessories such as neck pendants and wrist fobs.
- Remote programming allows changes to be made from anywhere, at any time.
- Two wired inputs to add third-party devices or retain existing accessories.
- Optional mini pull cord attachment for wet rooms and communal rooms.
CORRIDOR DISPLAY
The full-colour 10" touchscreen display clearly shows which client is calling and the level of each alert, listing calls in order of priority so staff respond quickly.
- Clear text and icons show client ID, location and call level, with emergency calls pinned to the top.
- Choose from a selection of audio alert tones or upload entirely new ones per area.
- Optional floor plan shows the exact layout of the building and where the call was made.
- Call log viewable on each display for a full audit trail, exportable for detailed analysis.

DOOR MONITOR POINT
Used to restrict access to sensitive or potentially dangerous areas of the home, such as stairwells and external doors. Staff carrying a reset token pass freely without raising an alarm.
- Door alarm: a call is raised if the point isn't swiped before the door is opened.
- Door bypass mode: swipe twice for temporary access — it re-arms after 20 seconds.
- Door isolate/arm: swipe three times to prop the door open, three times again to re-arm.
NECK / WRIST PENDANT
For clients who need help away from a call point, our lightweight neck pendant is always within easy reach. If a neck pendant isn't suitable, our wrist fob offers an ideal alternative with a soft strap designed for fragile skin.
- Lightweight, yet robust construction with no sharp edges.
- The neck lanyard breaks apart under force for additional safety.
- Large, easy to find call buttons that require very little force.
- Reassurance LED confirms a call has been made, preventing repeat activations.
BATHROOM PULL CORD
Positioned on walls or fixed to ceilings, the eZone Plus+ pull cord is perfect for bathrooms, disabled toilets and en-suites. Simply pull a handle and a call is generated.
- Two large, easy to grip handles and a 3m cord positioned at the right height for the client.
- Wipe clean cord helps with infection control and improves hygiene levels.
- Built-in sounder and flashing LED confirm the call, reassuring the client.
